Skill Jewels Africa, a capacity building initiative by Digital Jewels Africa was birthed to address the big lacuna between the competencies of graduates and the skills they require in the work place especially for roles that require IT skills. Skill Jewels Africa is an initiative to train eligible candidates with digital and in-demand skills to build their capabilities, broaden their digital scope, and get them gainfully deployed to the organizations who require their skills. The program will involve training and professional certifications. Graduates of the program will be equipped with cutting edge IT skills and certifications where applicable.
